- How do I know when there are talks, and who is speaking? The best way to stay up to date about upcoming talks, and their subsequent Zoom invitations is to join the broader MCLS listserv (Click here for more info). But, if you're just looking to attend one talk, you can always just email us.

- Who organizes the 2021 Online conference? The MCLS Trainee board is primarily responsible for the organization, scheduling, and hosting of the 2021 Online Conference.
- What are the dates for the 2021 Online Conference? Our conference sessions take place almost every week (with some weeks off for holidays!) from July 2021 through May 2022. Typically, they are scheduled for Thursdays at 9am EST and Friday at 11am EST. (Click to convert EST to BST; to HKT; to GMT; to AEDT).
- Wait... the 2021 schedule only shows talks scheduled through December? When will I find out about the online sessions scheduled between January to May 2022? We're working on scheduling those now, and hope to have those to you by mid-January.

- When is the 2022 MCLS Conference? June 1-3, 2022
- Who organizes this conference? The local organizing committee (Bert De Smedt, Wim Fias, Wim Gevers, Marie-Pascale Noël, Mauro Pesenti, Bert Reynvoet and Jean-Philippe van Dijck, for the Numbers and the Brain network) are responsible for the organization and hosting of the 2022 In-Person Conference. They are working with in conjunction with the main MCLS Governing Board.
- Who should I email if I have questions? Please reach out to the MCLS conference secretariat directly: [email protected]
- Will the conference be in person? Will hybrid or online options be available? The most up to date information we have is as follows: "Provided that the health and safety of the ongoing pandemic can be addressed, this conference will take place in-person in Antwerp, Belgium."
- Is the call for proposals/registration/hotel information/etc. available? The call for proposals is available on the main 2022 Conference Webpage and submissions are due on February 11th 2022. Other details are forthcoming and will be distributed via the MathLink mailing list (so make sure you are subscribed!).
